Error when buying nightrain ticket from Bern to Budapest through Zürich

Dear Community,
I try to purchase a ticket from Bern to Budapest through Zürich for a Nightjet. I select all the details ( both on the first and the second page: date, time, halb fare discount, couchette, etc.) but when I click to proceed to buy the ticket, an error pops up and the page doesn’t progress (“An error occurred while processing the enquiry.”). I tried it multiple times but I always encounter this error and cannot buy the ticket.
Do you know what can cause this and how to solve this issue?

We cannot assist you as long as we do not know your travel date. If the journey is going to happen after 10 December 2023, then it might be due to the upcoming annual timetable change on 10 December 2023. Try again after that date.

May be you have tried to book ticket from Bern to Budapest in SBB Mobile App. I suggest you to buy international Tickets in SBB TIcketshop SBB.CH.

Thank you for the replies. I have went to the ticket office and asked for some help. Apparently, the 4 person couchettes were sold out, however, the system has shown only a regular error message. Furthermore, the Nightjet cannot be purchased with other local train tickets. So I have bought the Bern-Zürich and the Zürich-Budapest ones separately.
