Name in SWISS PASS

Hi,
Can someone suggest what to be entered in FIRST NAME while buying swiss pass. My name (pretty long) as per passport is
Given Name - SVENKATA SAI GOPALA KRISHNA MURTHY
SurName - KAMAVARAPU
I’ve entered KAMAVARAPU as LastName. However, “ SVENKATA SAI GOPALA KRISHNA MURTHY” is not fitting in FirstName.
Please help.

I guess you are wanting to buy the Swiss Travel Pass, not the SwissPass.

If the same does not fit, enter as many names as you can. If they still match your passport, all will be fine.

Hi,
Im Owiz from Malaysia and we are traveling to Switzerland on the @27th Dec we bought 3 days Swiss travel pass, we are having problem of getting the costumer i.d and putting the ticket in the SBB mobile. Planning to take the glacier express and wanted to book for a seat but it seems like we are not allowed to do so. do we key in our Swiss travel pass before we can book a seat? thanks

I am happy to hear you are soon visiting our country.

You cannot add your Swiss Travel Pass (STP) to the SBB Mobile app; simply show the STP as PDF or printout together with your physical passport.

The SwissPass is for residents, the Swiss Travel Pass for tourists. Consequently, only SwissPass holders (residents) do have a SwissPass ID. As a STP holder, you do not need a SwissPass ID at all. Use the SBB Mobile app for your trip planning, it contains all timetables of all public transport services available in Switzerland.
