Is there a known issue with EasyRide on IOS?

Hi, I notice that EasyRide keeps returning an error (ER-9591) on my iPhone 13 since last Saturday 02.12.2023. I have ensured that the latest App version is installed. Restarting my phone did not help either. The function in the Fairtiq App is ok though. Any ideas?

This error code is unknown to us. I suggest you contact EasyRide support via the appropriate form (Profile > Help & Contact >More on EasyRide).
I recommend that you also attach a screenshot of the error message. You will receive a reply from our experts in the coming days.
