Hello Choatingea85
I am very sorry to hear that your trip to the Jungfraujoch came to an end abruptly.
At the beginning of December, our country (and other European countries) has seen the biggest snowfall in a long time which resulted in adverse weather conditions requiring both, line closures and road closures, resulting in public transport interruptions. This is not unusual and simply mother nature’s law. People from all over the world come here to see the beautiful nature our country has to offer; yet, they often forget that the weather is unpredictable and can change quickly, easily destroying their travel plans.
However, as you had to abandon the idea of visiting Jungfraujoch, you are eligible for a refund of the undone trip, hence Grindelwald Terminal to Jungfraujoch and back. I do hope the staff from Jungfrau railways at Grindelwald Terminal issued a confirmation that you ended your trip there; with it, you can partially claim back the ticket costs. Without a confirmation it will be difficult to prove that your were not travelling.
Certainly, it would have been a lot easier to address the issue while still having been in our country, by contacting the SBB Travel Center. Normally, tickets bought from the station are solely refunded there.
I suggest you to contact SBB and to explain the situation as you just did above. Since the SBB Community is a C2C forum, you are required to officially hand in the refund request to SBB by filling in the following form:

I hope you still have taken with you a few good memories from our country. The snow must have been impressing to you and I can assure you not many tourists have seen such a quantity.
Kind regards,
Roland
