I bought a ticket at the station to go to Oberriet SG, but the train was connecting at Margrethen.
As soon as I arrived at Margrethen station, I showed my ticket to the station employee and he told me to get on the train, which was stationary.
When I boarded the train a matter of minutes later a train employee took my ticket and issued a fine without even letting me explain what had happened, I tried several times to explain but she wouldn’t let me and said she didn’t speak Portuguese and wouldn’t even let me use Google translator, and I’m Brazilian and she wouldn’t let me use my tourist rights. I had to get off at a nearby station without any explanation and I didn’t have the opportunity to have a conversation, I felt humiliated.I paid for the ticket and was told by a member of staff to get on the train. So I’m asking for this fine to be canceled.
