Hello.
I made a reservation Day saver Pass for two guests.
May 30: 120Fr
June 4: 140Fr
The total number of tickets is 4, but in this case, do I have to pay the price of 40Fr to get a refund?

Hello Seungpyo,why do we require a deductible? Refunds are not free, after all, they always involve costs for returns and post-processing. For this reason, we do not reimburse any excess.
