Lost Item Found

I have filed a lost item report on 5th Dec and has just got an email saying that the item has been found. The problem is that i hv just reached my hometown in Malaysia a few hours ago. When filing the report i requested for the lost item to be sent to Zermatt as i was there for the last 2 days of my trip.
I just amended the report to request for the item to be posted to my country (abroad). I am not sure how to tell the person in charge of the changes i made. The only communication options in the website are phone calls.
Can anyone help me?

If you have not yet received all shipping details including pricing from the SBB Lost and Found Service by email, you will be contacted shortly. As soon as the payment for the shipment has been made, the item will be sent.

Dear Fabian,

Thank you for ur reply. I have received email from SBB informing that my item has been sent to Zermatt for collection as my earlier request. Should i wait for them to notice that i have amended the lost item report?
Can you help me to check?
Notice of Loss K2023/216071, dated 12/05/2023 (Finding F2023/118427)
I really needed the item to be posted to me because i have gone back to my country.
