Kana I would like to purchase half fare 1 year card on SBB starting from tomorrow Dec 10th. they are requiring “SwissPass customer number”. I registerd myself with passport and my picture and accepted. But i cannot find my “SwissPass customer number”. do you know how i can get the number in order to process the half fare card?
RolandP Hello Kana Simply go to the station and buy it from there; at the station, you will also be given a temporary card, valid for the time until the SwissPass card is sent to your place. Kind regards, Roland
