The only way to cancel your request is by contacting the SBB Contact Center by phone as soon as possible: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur). They can cancel the request.
Travelling with a ticket, for which you asked a refund, can be problematic. The ticket inspector will see that a refund request was made for the ticket, and will not accept it. You risk paying a surcharge of CHF 90 per ticket as you are seen as passenger without a valid ticket.
