Printing Tickets

Any ideas how I can print my tickets directly from SBB so that I have them with me when travelling to France.
The option “print tickets” is not working.

Clicking on “print tickets” should lead to a PDF begin generated and downloaded. You can then print that PDF. At which step is this not working?

Even at this stage I cannot print them. The link doesn’t work which is quite strange.
There’s no way to see the tickets from Strassburg back to Basel for example.[upl-image-preview

We do not have any knowned issues. What we know is, that there are some interferences on iOS devices. I’ve been informed, that there is a Pop-Up Blocker that impede the download. Did you try to download them from iPhones or Mac?

The problem was solved and it looks like it was the Pop-Up blocker. Another issue I noticed is that the Intl tickets are not visible in the SBB app.

The SBB app does not yet show international tickets.

It depends on the ticket and the platform that has issued the ticket. ICE tickets (IC/ICE Fahrkarte), for example, are available in the SBB Mobile app, same for certain TGV tickets.
