From what I checked from the Help & Contact in the SBB website:

When a travelcard has been bought.
If a passenger subsequently purchases a GA Travelcard or a point-to-point Travelcard in their own name, supersaver tickets and Saver Day Passes are refunded without incurring a fee.

Does it apply to Swiss Travel Pass as well? If so, how to request for the refund?
