On dec 15 2023, I purchased a Swiss Travel Pass with order number #••••••••••••. However, I made a mistake in the travel date and requested the cancellation of the order.

I would like to confirm that the order was indeed cancelled. If so, could you please inform me if I am eligible for a refund?

There is actually no need to cancel your pass simply to amend the date of validity. Provided you bought it from SBB, and the first date of validity is still in the future, you can just call the SBB Contact Center to amend the validity.
