The SBB Mobile app is primarily used by residents and commuters. Consequently, travel cards and SwissPass information are only available to them.
You as a tourist are welcome to use the SBB Mobile app, too, for example for trip planning, purchasing tickets and presenting tickets upon ticket check. However, you can simply ignore messages about travel cards and SwissPass customer number.
