We do not have a crystal ball, hence we do not know the departure station you are talking about and can therefore not assist you.

From Thalwil to Flughafen

This is probably because of construction works until December 2024, the S24 service terminates at Zurich HB and does not serve Zurich Flughafen. Under these circumstances, there are better connections from Thalwil. However, it should still be displayed with a change at Zurich HB.

It is likely that there is a misconfiguration in the timetable due to the mentioned construction works.
I will pass it on internally, to be verified.

I was told by the colleague from the 2nd level support that this offer is not offered in the timetable as the S2 connection which departs a few minutes later is the faster connection than the one with S24 now requiring a change at Zurich HB. The timetable always suggests the fastest connection.
