Looking at your screenshot, it appears to me that the connection was either slow, or the server response was delayed, and the website did therefore not load properly.
How can we assist you through this platform?
I am afraid, international tickets can only be cancelled by either phone or at the travel centre, as a cancellation of an international ticket has to happen as soon as possible which is not given using a refund request form.
