Refund request

I found out that I’m supposed to buy U-rail pass because I’m travelling European countries, not switzerland. But i was confused because last year I travelled only in Switzerland and used only through SBB app. So this year i bought pass here without thinking. The problem is that I cannot use this pass with my itinerary. Could you consider refund? Thank you

You wish to travel using Eurail, as you say.

If you talk about the Swiss Travel Pass, yes, you can cancel it. Contact the sales point from where you got it; on this platform, we cannot accept any refund requests. Saver Day Passes cannot be cancelled / refunded.
