I purchased two Saver Day Pass tickets for October 16th yesterday (October 1st). I bought the Saver Day Pass because the flight time was not confirmed.(Order Number 60349015945)

However, today (October 2nd), the flight time has been confirmed, and I would like to purchase first-class tickets for the Geneva to Interlaken Ost route on October 16th.

If it is possible to cancel for the Saver Day Pass tickets, I would like to request a cancellation and refund.(If I need to provide proof of purchase for the Geneva to Interlaken Ost route before request the cancellation, I will send the confirmation after making the purchase)

Please let me know if cancellation and refund are possible.

I hope this is resolved smoothly as it’s our honeymoon trip!

Saver Day Passes are, as stated during the purchase, neither exchangeable nor refundable. If you want to ride the 1st class, you can buy a Point-to-Point upgrade for CHF 69 per person.

There is also a Saver Point-to-point upgrade for about CHF 20 per person when bought through the SBB Mobile App, but this upgrade is only valid on the chosen connection. If your flight arrives late, the upgrade is no longer valid.
