In order to upload a new photo, please log in to swisspass.ch. Under «My account» select «Travelcard». After clicking on «Upload photo now», a map of Switzerland appears with the message «Drag photo here» or «Select».
If the upload function is not available, we will be happy to send you a link with a text message. Please call us on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.). If you are unable to upload your photo with your mobile phone, you can also hand over a physical passeport photo at one of our staffed SBB train station travel centers.
