Hello! I am trying to buy a half fare travel card for one month, but when i click go to checkout in order to pay i receive this error: "An error occurred while processing your query.". Hello Roland, thanks for the prompt reply. FYI the error appears before entering any payment details, just when you click "To the checkout" the error already appears. Thank you for the information, I am aware I can buy the pass using other sites like stc, this was just to inform you that the error appears for other users as well on the sbb.ch site when trying to buy this pass. Just some other information that may help you: - I do not get this error if I try to buy "half fare card" as a "guest", and not signed in to the website - I do not get this error buying other tickets even when signed in (e.g. point to point tickets) So only happens when trying to buy "half fare card" when signed in to the website Kind Regards Cyrus

Hi Romano, FYI I found the cause of the error and how to remove it. In case this is of interest to your IT team It is related to the field “country of residence” in passenger details screen (see attached). Even though this value looks already set ok when you first go into the screen, you need to re-set it again. You need to select some other country first, then change it back to correct country, then you can proceed with the purchase without the error.
