It’s easier to explain this if i have an example.
Imagine you and your friend want to go from the train station closest to your house (Let’s call it point A) to another station (Point B), then take a bus to some place (Point C). You already have a monthly travelcard between train stations so all you need is the bus ticket.
SBB should implement it into their app, that if you choose to go from point A to C, it detects your monthly travelcard and only buys the bus ticket for you but buys the train ticket and bus ticket for your friend. It’d save some time and I’m very forgetful so I end up buying tickets that I don’t need.
