Yeachittee69 Hi, I refund my ticket through app but I have not received a refund in my bank card. There is no email but app shows “the ticket has been refunded”. How log it takes to get refund into my bank card? Thanks! BRs//Aaron

Danhiel Yeachittee69 I don’t know if you get a confirmation email in this case. I suggest to contact the SBB customer center if you not receive the refund after one week.
