I asked for a refund my ticket before.

"In order to be able to check your refund request, we also need the medical certificate confirming your incapacity to travel in english. ADMIN: Attachment cancelled by the moderation team => data protection
I had surgery yesterday, and I was able to get a medical certificate yesterday. So I’m contacting you again today.
As I shared before, I can’t travel due to IVF surgery. so I can’t go on a trip at my reservation schedule.
Currently, I live in Korea.
And I had IVF surgery on December 22nd (yesterday).
I am sharing the doctor’s note as an attached file. I am sorry that the doctor’s certificate is only in Korean.
I did my best, but the doctor said he didn’t know when the trip would be possible with constant treatment. He also said it could take years at the most.
Therefore, I asked the doctor to fill out the medical certificate that you mentioned before, but the doctor had never filled out the documents sent abroad before, and instead provided a medical certificate in Korean. Although it is in Korean, the doctor’s information, hospital information, and surgery details are written on the medical certificate written in the attached file.
Due to this situation, I am sorry but could you please check medical certificate as my attachment?
