Good morning, I bought a Youth Travel Card for wrong date so I cancelled it at once. In my tickets I had a following information about this Card : “ request has been made for this ticket”.
And now I have seen that ticket had been"Refunded". But I didn’t receive any compensation and I have no more information about this ticket in my profile. Did anyone have something similar?
