Swiss Transfer ticket

I used to purchase the above before Covid, as a transfer between Airport and Ski resort. Now it seems to be no more. I do not have Half reduction card, so can I buy any of Supersaver fare , or Point to Point , or Day saver fare. I dont want purchasing wrong one and getting fined on board

The Swiss transfer ticket does no longer exist for the majority. It is still available when booking your trip as a travel package with a travel agency, for example with https://www.swisspasses.com/railpass/transfer/index-de.htm

For all other travelers, you are welcome to purchase a point-to-point ticket or a Saver Day Pass, what ever is cheaper depending on the ticket cost. We do not recommend a purchase of Supersaver tickets when arriving by air. These tickets are only valid for a specific connectionm chosen upon ticket purchase; if you can’t meet the departure time due to a flight delay, you will not have a valid ticket and must purchase a new ticket.

Good Evening Roland, that is 100pc the answer I hoped you’d say. Yes I was hoping to leave the first leg open, in case of delays.
I’m going to Central Switzerland, and am going to use the Tell Pass for various day trips for the rest of my time.

Great to hear.

For Central Switzerland, the most inexpensive tickets are individual tickets.

Should your Tell Pass accidentially be valid already on the day of arrival, keep in mind that you would only need a ticket as far as Zug. The Tell Pass would cover the travel from there, to any destination in Central Switzerland, no matter where that might be.
