If you are referring to the Swiss Pass Card, you can request a new one here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/swisspass/swisspass-card.html
The SwissPass Card is actually free of charge and everybody can get it automatically by purchasing a travelcard. It can also be ordered at any SBB counter. If a correction is needed after the production request, then a CHF 30.00 fee applies.
If, on the other hand, you are referring to a ticket or to a travelcard, a small typing error does not usually affect the validity of the ticket. I would still suggest you getting in touch with the company you bought from.
