I paid for a train ticket with my card on 21.may.23 and received the ticket by email.
However, there is no record of the payment in my credit card statement.
Is there a problem with the payment system?
Is my ticket still valid?
The website states that “Due to technical problems, the purchasing of tickets via SBB.ch and SBB Mobile is currently limited.” Is this the reason?
I am not sure what to do now.
