Ticket not showing in SBB app

I have recently bought a Super Saver Day pass using the web browser on my computer, but the ticket is not showing in my phone app. Any help would be appreciated

The ticket is named ‘Saver Day Pass’.

It is only available in your app, provided you bought the ticket in the web browser as an authenticated user and not as a guest. This might be the reason?

Not from the webshop. It could be added to the waller from the SBB Mobile app only. Simply save it as PDF on your phone, or use the QR code provided in the purchase confirmation e-mail, or take a screenshot of the QR code.

In any case, please kindly note, you must present your physically available passport or national ID card (or SwissPass if available) together with the ticket.
