Wheavoowa23 I am traveling with an 11 year old grandson from GVA to Zermatt in March. The Area of Validity map prevents me from purchasing a Point-to-Point ticket for myself and a Children’s Co-Travelcard, RIGHT? What tickets should I purchase……?
simj Wheavoowa23 There should not be an issue with buying a Point-to-Point ticket for yourself and a Co-Travelcard for your grandson. The Children’s Co-Tavelcard is valid on the same lines as the Half Fare Travelcard. Depending on which cablecars you plan to use in Zermatt as well as for the Gornergrat Railway, an additional ticket might be necessary.
RolandP Hello Wheavoowa23 I think a Saver Day Pass could be an option. I answered a similiar question in this thread. You might find the answer given there useful, too: https://community.sbb.ch/d/23192-question-about-what-pass-to-purchase/2 Kind regards, Roland
