There will be direct trains. They just haven’t been loaded yet, as the railways are looking if they can run a few every day through the tunnel in stead.
As they have not been loaded yet you cannot book yet. The SBB site is very confusing in this regard, an could inform better. This is probably them not being aware that many international travellers do plan train trips months in advance.
