Point-to-point ticket with Visitor Card Lucerne

hi, I would like to ask if I have a valid Visitor Card Lucerne which gives free use of buses and trains within zone 10, I can buy a point-to-point ticket from Zürich HB to Ebikon and take the train at Zürich HB and get off at Luzern, right?

No, this is not possible.

Zone 10 tickets are NOT valid in the IR 70, and IR 75 trains that are nonstop from Lucerne to Rotkreuz or to Zug and v.v. it is only valid in trains that do stop in Ebikon, such as S1, yet requiring a change at Rotkreuz or Zug.
