Hi, I have purchased 2 saver day passes for Jan 24, 2024 and the transaction has been completed and the money is deducted from my bank account, but I did not get the passes. The website immediately showed “The payment cannot be made due to an error. Please repeat the process.” the total amount deducted is 140 CHF
Please help
