Halb Tax Plus - Easy Ride not using credit

I bought the halb tax plus and activated it. I can see the credit under payment method but when I use Easy Ride it doesn’t use the credit and charges me instead.

What can I be doing wrong? This is the payment method screen in case it helps

Thank you for your request.

Before activating the button EasyRide, it is important to choose the payment method to the left of the activation button (see example below). If this is not done, the last payment method used will be used.
