Refound a train ticket. (3h Delayed)

Hello,

On 22nd December I took a train with my wife “Laussane - Milan” that was delayed 3h.

I have applied for the refound online. Unfortunately, by the SBB Application I only had the choice to enter a Swiss IBAN.
The refound was accepted by the SBB but refused by my French Bank cause this swiss account that I have is a mirror account and it can be used only by my Swiss employer. “STADLER”

We left the country for 1 month holidays so I won’t be able to apply personally on the desk for this refound before 23rd January.

What should I do in this case?
