Promo code doesn’t work even if not used

The promo code doesn’t work anymore if it’s validated but not used at the same time.
It happened to me several times that browser was refreshed and the code did not work anymore.
Can anyone please help to debug this issue?

The colleagues from the SBB Contact Center might have to replace your promo code as a new coupon system has been introduced from tjis year.
