Hi, I’ve just bought online Swiss travel pass flex online. I have online tickets but what about the customer number or card? Should I have a card or my online activated days tickets will be enough? For each travel, should I make a reservation for each train ride, please help me🙏

You simply have to activate your Swiss Travel Pass Flex before boarding a public transport service, and then show the QR code together with your physical passport the conductor.

There is no need for a customer number. This would be required for the SwissPass, a resident offer. Your ticket is named Swiss Travel Pass.
