Anonymous41 RolandP Thank you Roland. I called the number and was able to talk to a customer service. However, I forgot to mention that I was able to click the Refund when I was still logged in (within 30 minutes) of the window period. I’ll just wait for the reply given the claim reference. Thanks again.
