Domodossola to Milan SBB and Trenitalia same train?

I have a ticket on June 20 on SBB Brig stopping in Domossola then on to Milan. It says 5 min stay on train but the train is now Trenitalia not SBB? First train is EC51 and second is Eurocity 51. Is it the same train or would I be trying to switch trains in that 5 minutes?

This is the same train. It is operated by SBB and Trenitalia.

In principle, the EC51 and Eurocity51 is the same train. However, in order to clarify the case thoroughly for you, I would need to know at what time exactly you are taking the train from Brig to Milano on 20 June 2023.
