I just bought an adult one-month half-fare card on sbb.ch for my trip to Switzerland in February. I will be travelling with two children under 16, who, I understand, will be able to travel for free with me. Unfortunately, when I placed the order, I did not realise that I had to add my children to the order to receive the family pass, which is needed to procure their free tickets. How to I get a family pass in retrospect?
