How do i check my postcode

for submitting the GA into the mobile application, you demant a postcode. i’ve been told i’ts written indise some file that i’ve received. I’ve never received anything tho and would like to know, if there’s another way to check the postcode or rather there is another way for putting the GA into the app or not.

The post code is the ZIP or the Postleitzahl of your resident address.

Then you have to see an agent in the SBB travel center of your choice or call the SBB Contact Center: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08 / min, 24/7).

The post code is the one registered in the customer data base, which corresponds with the post code of the resident address.
