Dear SBB,
After a long day at work, just wanted to go home. S-Bahn was delayed 14 minutes and now had to get down three stops before and have to wait in the cold (not even a closed place to wait!) for the next one! Just bought a GA and now I regret it, really, do you treat your customers like this? Apparently it’s not one off.
Extremely disappointed, now I am seriously thinking about getting a car, so unreliable.
