Uneficient and unfair process ?

On my way to Morges, I want to buy a ticket. From Veyrier (home) to Morges the ticket is 13 chf, however I have a Veyrier subscription to Nyon.
The Nyon Morges ticket is 6.8 chf.
Why does the application not deduct my veyrier subscription to Nyon from the 13 chf because I have already paid for this part of the journey.
During a check, I asked the question and I was told that if I bought a Nyon Morges ticket, I would have to get off at Nyon and wait for the next train to Morges or pay 13 chf.
This operating principle does not seem fair to me because either I am spending time or money. The system is not fair to consumers. Is it possible to do something?

Here is my answer:
I imagine, you are holding a national point-to-point travelcard from Veyrier to Nyon as Nyon does not belong to Unireso. You are therefore welcome to combine your travel card with a ticket from Nyon to Morges, without getting off in Nyon. You simply combine these two tickets, the only restriction, the train has to take a stop in Nyon, and you remain on board, of course.

The ticket combination would not be valid if you would take a non-stop train from Geneva to Morges, which does not exist.

Btw: The SBB Mobile application can only take into account travel cards from regional fare networks and only within the same fare network. As you travelling from one fare network to another, it is unable to calculate the fares.

Thank you , I already contacter Customer Service and after several back and forth reach to the same answer.
Also i have asked the Customer Service to share feedback about it to higher management as this is not efficient and sustainable. Currently loosing between 20 min on the veyrier / lausanne commute since obligation to stop at nyon.
Surely there is something that can be done in the website/app setup, hopefully ….
