Hi,

I’d like to know how I can purchase tickets from the ticket machine with my gift card. The machine clearly stated that I can pay my ticket with a gift card but i couldn’t figure out how. I also tried to enter the card to the SBB ticket lot but that didn’t work.

So could I please get a clarification on where exactly am I supposed enter my gift card when paying at the ticket machine? Thank you.

Thank you for your request.

Paying with a gift card is the same as paying with a credit card. The gift card must be inserted into the card slot. This is only possible if the “Geschenkkarte” logo is displayed on the machine (see scan).
