Internal Error when uploading picture

I tried uploading a photo for the SBB card after doing the identity verification, but I keep getting the message: “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.”.

I have tried to wait as described and to upload various different images with different backgrounds, but I keep getting the same error.

There seems to be no email to contact at SBB - so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. It is still not working. I have sent a form with the image I am trying to upload, but I have attempted several images with white backgrounds.

Would appreciate if you could send a link, because otherwise my phone will soon be locked from more verification - I have tried around 15 times also yesterday.

Hello I have tried 3 different browsers Chrome, Firefox, Opera and I am getting the same error “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later”. I have tried to upload 3 different pictures which match the required specs. It looks like the problem is on SBB side.

Would be possible to redirect this issue to your IT department to check if the software you are using is up to date?
