How much time to get email for new Swiss pass?

Hello I just ordered a Swiss pass online. It showed payment successful but can’t able to find the pass anywhere no email, no confirmation, nothing in the website. Please help

Did you purchase a SwissPass or a Swiss Travel Pass? Did you check your SPAM folder? Are you sure the payment was successful? A successful purchase is ALWAYS completed by a purchase confirmation e-mail. Foreign credit cards must support 3D secure ID in order to be accepted by the SBB webshop.

Furthermore:

SwissPass is for residents, Swiss Travel Pass for tourists.
If indeed SwissPass, what subscription did you choose?

RolandP I did the Swiss travel pass for 4 days which is 295 per person, it should successful. But it did not go to the last page of the website.

Again, if you have not received an e-mail instantly, the purchase was not successful.

The product is the same, the cost as well.

You should not confuse SwissPass and Swiss Travel Pass. They are not the same. The ticket you want to have is the Swiss Travel Pass.

Thanks, I will try to book from this . But it clearly showed payment successful. Does that mean the amount is deducted. I am scared to buy the new ticket before getting a confirmation. Hope you understand.

You can always contact the SBB Contact Center to check whether your purchase was successful. It can be that the purchase was displayed as successful, while the authorisation with the payment provider actually failed. We cannot assist you here as we do not deal with customer data - for privacy reasons.

Sure you can, for the same cost. There is no need to purchase these tickets upfront. That’s indeed a viable alternative!

You can get it from any SBB Travel Office, either at the airport or at a larger station.

There, they can also check if your current purchase was successful or not. Check your bank account. If the purchase failed, the withdrawn money will be sent back to your account.
