I have been charged twice for the same tickets from Geneva to Chambery-Challes-les-Eaux in France (out 27/1 and return 28/1)I bought the tickets online. First the process was cancelled due to a technical issue. Then I tried again and got the tickets.
On my account, you have withdrawn CHF 65,00 twice. Can you help me getting the money back?

It is possible that the frist charge is just a temporary hold, and that it will be cleared eventually. Contact your CC issuer.

Here is how it ended. I called the SBB Contact Centre and they couldn’t help me. I was charged twice for the same journey.
I was told that I should have complained before the journey to get the money back. But I didn’t see the double withdraw on my account until after the journey

Did you get two tickets, or just one?
After the journey date you cannot get tickets refunded.

Krist No, that was part of the problem. I didn’t receive an e-mail with any of the two tickets.
The first time I bought the tickets it seemed like the process failed. The second time I got the ticket on my phone, and I took a screenshot to show on the train.
