Your request is not possible. You cannot send luggage overnight using the regular luggage shipping service. If you register your luggage on the evening of 24 September 2024, it will be ready for pick-up on 26 September 2024 only.
And, the shipping cost per bike is CHF 20, not CHF 12. Also note, that it has to be packed into a plastic bag, which you can get at the drop off station.
In my opinion, travelling with so many bikes by air & train is quite an undertaken. If you decide to take the bicycles with you on the train, keep in mind that you need reservations for it. Also, you would have to check with Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, if they are capable to accept 15 bikes on the train from Visp to Zermatt.
In my opinion, you should check if it makes sense to rent the bikes here in Switzerland instead.
