Forgotten handbag at accommodation

This is Neeta Jadhav.
I was in Switzerland with my family, and our stay was booked in Royal Swiss Apartments, Ringgenberg for 3 days from 31st Jan 2024 to 3rd Feb 2024.

During my stay we visited Grindelwald-Jungfraujoch-Breinz.
And it was a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately on the day of departure I forgot my handbag at accommodation which had our tickets in it. Due to the same reason I could not present my and my husband’s tickets to inspector. We were on RE 70 going to Interlaken Ost from Ringgenberg at 9.19am on 3rd Feb 2024.

We tried to explain that we forgot our handbag and tickets at accommodation. But the inspector gave us the penalty of 100 CHF each.

I apologize for forgetting the tickets and I request to cancel the penalty of travelling with no valid tickets for both of us.

I can pay the penalty for a forgetton ticket for me and my husband, 5 CHF each.

Thank you so much for you response.
I have already spoken to the SBB Service Center Revenue - Zurich, They can given me a good will of 40 CHF and informed to pay the remaining amount for me and my husband. Paying 160 CHF for both of us to too much and when we had out valid tickets. I am requesting here hat i can pay only the forgotten fee that i have read in the website.

In the SBB Community we are unable to respond to your request. The only department that is in charge to decide on surcharges is the one you already spoke with. I encourage you to get in touch with them once more.
