Hello! I bought a ticket by accident when I was buying the same route but for another day. I didn’t use it. I asked for the refund and I received this email:
"In order for us to review your refund request, we need the confirmation of non-use from the train or ticket counter staff. Otherwise we cannot process your request.
The non-use is proven if the ticket is certified by the railway staff (ticket inspector or sales agent) before departure or the ticket is returned before the start of validity. This also applies if no journey was possible between the purchase and the return.
We charge a fee of 10 francs for the refund of the ticket."
After this email I didn’t receive anything more. Is it normal? There’s no a final decision about my refund. The ticket cost 15CHF, so at least I could get 5CHF.
