Wrong date super save tickets

I have bought 8 SBB super save tickets on 09/04/2024, route Visp - Andermatt - Luzern.
It’s was all my fault. I recognized that it was wrong, so I bought a new one, same route same person for the 10/04/2024.

Can I get my refund of the tickets on 09/04/2024, please.

Unfortunately, at this time, Supersaver tickets are not refundable when bought for the wrong day. You could have cancelled it, provided you had created an account and the cancellation had been initiated within 30 minutes after purchase. Later, at cancellation is no longer possible.
