Request for my ticket refund

Hi. I’m Jiyeon Ann from South Korea.

I have a problem with the ticket I refunded. The ticket Bern-Basel SBB for Sunday, 25, 02, 2024.
My schedule is on the 24th, but I bought a ticket on the 25th due to my fault. Few seconds ago, I knew that I had made a mistake, so I refunded the ticket right away.

I didn’t know that Supersaver Tickets were non-refundable. So if possible, could I get the money refunded? I know it’s absolutely my fault, but I’m a poor student, so please review it positively.
